Novae Cruise Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Affiliates must be active and account in good standing in each period of the promotion to qualify.
2. Points rewarded from personally sponsored Affiliates will only be honored if the personally sponsored Affiliate in question is active for 45 days or more. If the Affiliate in question does not meet this requirement, points will be deducted from the sponsoring Affiliate.
3. Points rewarded for Novae University registrations are only valid for PAID registrations. Registrations covered by credits or VIP member free registrations do not get points rewarded. If these Affiliates would like points for their registration, they should pay for their registration and points will be granted.
4. Each winner is granted 1 FREE cabin ticket on the cruise ship. Cabins on the cruise ship are double occupancy only, so the winner will have to share the cabin with another cruise winner or they can purchase an additional ticket for someone to accompany them. The cruise winner also has the option of purchasing an additional ticket and having the cabin to themselves.
5. Cruise winner is allowed to purchase an additional ticket to have someone accompany them; however, the additional ticket CANNOT be another Novae Affiliate. The only exception can be a spouse, domestic partner, child, parent, or sibling. Any other Novae Affiliate must qualify to actually attend the cruise.
6. Any and all “ACTIONS” in the table above will be verified each month for all previous months to check the validity of the promotion submission forms. Approval of submissions are at the full discretion of Novae Corporate. Any affiliate caught submitting forms with knowingly false information may be disqualified from the contest and face potentially other disciplinary action.
7. Promotion Point Forms must be submitted to Novae Corporate, for the month in question, no later than the 5th day of the following month. 8. All cruise winners will be responsible to pay port taxes that will not exceed $20 per day and will be charged at the time of check in at the cruise ship.
9. Each cruise winner will be responsible for their own transportation to the port where everyone will board the cruise ship. The #1 winner of this promotion will get reimbursed up to $250 ($500 total) for 2 plane tickets to fly into the nearest airport near the port before the cruise departure.
10. If a cruise winner cannot go on the cruise, please inform Novae Corporate as soon as possible so that we may roll up the next eligible winner to take that spot.
