Winners of the Novae Cruise Contest and qualified Senior Sales Directors and above will have a double occupancy, interior room ticket purchased for them by Novae. Double occupancy means the winner will be placed in an interior cabin with another Novae Cruise winner of the same gender. If the cruise winner wants his or her own cruise cabin, they must pay the price listed in “Upgrade Options” based on the cabin they’d like to occupy alone. If the cruise contest winner or SSD or above chooses to upgrade their cruise ship cabin or chose to upgrade to have a cabin alone, he or she must agree to pay a deposit to confirm they're choosing this option on the cruise. Any additional balance must be paid in full if the winner chooses any of the below options by the deadline dates discussed further in the document.

• Bring a guest.
• Upgrade to an oceanview cabin.
• Pay the remaining cost of a double occupancy cabin to secure a private cabin.

• Oceanview Balcony Cabin: $250 - To Upgrade From Interior to Balcony Cabin
• Interior Cabin: $1,000 - To Room Alone
• Oceanview Balcony Cabin - $1,500 - To Room Alone + $250 Balcony Upgrade

• Add a Guest to Interior Cabin: $1,000
• Add a Guest to an Oceanview Balcony Cabin: $1,500

The above amounts cover the cost of adding your guest to the cabin. Guests must meet eligibility criteria, which prohibit admission of other Novae Affiliates unless they are your spouse, domestic partner, child, parent, or sibling.

Below is the payment schedule:

• All payments must be completed by April 25, 2025, to confirm your upgrade. Failure to meet the above deadlines will result in a 10% increase on the balance due and may lead to forfeiture of your upgrade and penalties from Royal Caribbean.
• All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
• If you do not fulfill payment within 10 days of the due dates outlined, the amounts due will be deducted from your Novae personal account with the associated 10% late fee.
• If you decide to cancel and have not paid, 100% of your balance due + 10% will be deducted from your Novae personal account.

The cruise will depart from Port Canaveral, 9050 Discovery Road, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920, at 4:00 PM on May 5th. All participants must be at the dock no later than 12:00 PM to ensure timely boarding. If you miss the boarding due to late arrival or not bringing proper documentation to board the cruise ship, you will be charged for the amount of your ticket level to your Novae Personal Account or credit card on file. All payments are non-refundable.

Participants must have valid identification, such as a passport or government-issued ID, required for boarding the cruise.

Participants must comply with all health and safety protocols provided by Royal Caribbean.

The cruise package includes basic accommodations and meals. Additional costs such as gratuities, excursions, specialty dining, Wi-Fi, or other personal expenses are the responsibility of all participants.

Important cruise updates, deadlines, or changes will be communicated to participants via email from our events team and Novae Event Support. Participants are responsible for checking these channels regularly. These channels include but may not be limited to phone calls, text messages, and emails. After the signing of this agreement, Novae is not responsible for deadlines missed due to missed communication.
